Do not freaking tell me I'm not doing my job. Do not tell me you're more tired than I am. Do not tell me you're working harder than I am. Do not envy me for taking a day off. Do not tell me what I should do.
I am doing more than my job but I'm not being credited. You're tired but acknowledge that I have indeed been working more than you have. I am entitled to take my leave as and when I want as long as I do not interfere with work schedules. You're entitled to your number of leave days and so am I.
So shut up!
