the mind, yes, still me, on a roll of a seemingly endless,
and philosophical stream of thoughts rants on.
the mind instructs the eyes to see, so it can construct a visual.
the ears to hear, so that it can listen in and understand sounds.
the skin to touch, to determine texture, gauge temperature,
and decide what best to do next.
the mind puts together all the information gathered,
makes a quick analysis, interprets its meaning and draws a conclusion.
however, no matter how best the observations are conveyed,
the mind, though a brilliant part of our being ,
(here, slipping a little self praise before self butchering)
is nonetheless prone to making mistakes, more often than it cares to admit -
misunderstanding what its co-workers convey in the form of senses,
of their observations, hence forming a distorted conclusion.
with miscalculation through misinterpretation of information,
results in the wrong decision for the next move or step taken.
the ensuing effect may turn out to be of any degree,
in a spectrum of seriousness and implications,
either as a physical or apparent outcome and/or repercussion.
and yes, as i continue to translate my thoughts -
a result of simply reading a single article,
prompting a chain of never-ending thoughts,
epiphanies, and mindless ranting,
into words by tapping with a lack of beat on my keyboard,
whilst fully understanding that i've gotten into a rhythm,
one with no useful outcome and truly a waste of time,
simply an initiative taken by the mind to put its sudden,
continuous rant into words,
without consideration of other tasks at hand that should take priority,
and that its odd, non-conclusive rant against itself,
will most likely not be read by anyone, not even my own self.
hence, with the above new realization, i must divert my thoughts.
this aimless stream words of
what must look like a ridiculous waste of time to type,
and the work of a self-doubting, out of control, wandering mind,
has to come to a stop.
alright. now that it has been ascertained that this is leading nowhere,
next mindless, useless activity, please....
