Dear God, give me the strength to resist from punching that face and dunking her head into the loo. She clearly had no idea what she was saying as she probably has a low emotional quotient so I shouldn't blame her for what she does not possess. She clearly has no idea how to behave as it was never in the way she brought up to be conscientious so I should not blame her for what her parents never thought her. Poor soul.
I'm sure she doesn't need salvation though.
